Effective date: July 16, 2026TinySign is provided by Aly Bairamov (“we” or “the Service Provider”).Data HandlingTinySign does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or use personal data for advertising, analytics, or tracking.The app processes scanned documents, selected images and PDFs, signatures, annotations, document names, and preferences locally on your device. We do not receive this content.PermissionsTinySign uses the camera only when you choose to scan a document. It receives only the photos and files you explicitly select through Apple’s system pickers. The app does not collect location information.Storage, Sharing, and DeletionDocuments remain in TinySign’s local storage until you delete them or uninstall the app. If Auto-Save to Files is enabled, TinySign also manages PDF copies in its Documents folder.TinySign exports or shares a PDF only when you request it. Files saved or shared outside the app are controlled by the selected destination and must be deleted there separately.External ServicesTinySign contains no advertising, analytics, tracking tools, or third-party data-collection SDKs.The optional Help & Feedback button opens Google Forms in your browser. Google and any destination you select when sharing a document may process information under their own privacy policies. TinySign never automatically sends your documents or signatures to them.SecurityTinySign relies on the security protections provided by iOS. You are responsible for securing your device and choosing trusted destinations when sharing sensitive documents.ChangesWe may update this policy when TinySign changes.
